Timezones (USA) - do not observe daylight savings

Do you know if you can either have an option for CST in the USA where we do not observe daylight savings or if you can add a special one for Arizona (Windows, Oracle, and most applications have one for AZ). I only ask because my state in the USA does not observe daylight savings. It's not a deal breaker or a sore spot at all, but I just thought I would ask in case it is an easy add. Thanks for the forum and I am looking forward to posting once my project loads for work and software implementations slow down in the USA.
